Shadowbrook is a 127 town home community nestled in the trees of southern Fairfax County, Virginia. This quiet family community is just south of the Capital Beltway. Built in three phases, the first which was completed in 1992 followed by phase two in 1994 and phase three in 1996.

Located just seventeen miles from downtown Washington, DC, and National Airport. Minutes from Springfield Mall and the Springfield Interchange also known the Mixing Bowl with easy access to I-395 and the Beltway.
